Welcome to our 5-Day Flow Yoga Retreat, a journey designed to help you find inner peace, balance, and rejuvenation. Nestled in the serene and picturesque surroundings of our retreat center, this immersive experience offers a perfect blend of Yin Yoga practice, meditation, and holistic wellness. Over the course of seven days, you will deepen your yoga practice, release physical and emotional tension, and reconnect with your true self. Our carefully curated program includes daily Yin Yoga sessions, insightful workshops, nourishing meals, and ample free time to explore or simply relax. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to Yin Yoga, this retreat provides a supportive and tranquil environment for personal growth and transformation. Join us for a week of tranquility, self-discovery, and holistic healing.

Day 1: Arrival and Introduction

Morning:

  • Arrival and check-in
  • Welcome tea and orientation

Afternoon:

  • Introduction to Yin Yoga and retreat overview
  • Gentle Yin Yoga session (1 hour)

Evening:

  • Opening circle and intention setting
  • Dinner
  • Evening meditation (30 minutes)

Day 2: Grounding and Connection

Morning:

  • Morning meditation and gentle stretching (30 minutes)
  • Breakfast
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on grounding (1.5 hours)

Afternoon:

  • Lunch
  • Workshop: Introduction to Yin Yoga principles and benefits (1 hour)
  • Free time for personal activities (hiking, reading, or exploring)

Evening:

  • Dinner
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on hips and lower back (1 hour)
  • Evening meditation (30 minutes)

Day 3: Releasing Tension

Morning:

  • Morning meditation and gentle stretching (30 minutes)
  • Breakfast
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on releasing tension in the shoulders and neck (1.5 hours)

Afternoon:

  • Lunch
  • Workshop: Understanding the meridian theory in Yin Yoga (1 hour)
  • Free time or optional guided nature walk

Evening:

  • Dinner
  • Restorative Yin Yoga session (1 hour)
  • Evening meditation (30 minutes)

Day 4: Deepening the Practice

Morning:

  • Morning meditation and gentle stretching (30 minutes)
  • Breakfast
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on deepening the stretch and breath awareness (1.5 hours)

Afternoon:

  • Lunch
  • Workshop: The role of fascia in Yin Yoga (1 hour)
  • Free time for relaxation or personal activities

Evening:

  • Yin Yoga session focusing on legs and spine (1 hour)
  • Evening meditation (30 minutes)

Day 5: Balance and Harmony

Morning:

  • Morning meditation and gentle stretching (30 minutes)
  • Breakfast
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on balance and harmony in the body (1.5 hours)

Afternoon:

  • Lunch
  • Workshop: Integrating Yin Yoga into daily life (1 hour)
  • Free time or optional massage therapy session

Evening:

  • Dinner
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on heart opening (1 hour)
  • Evening meditation (30 minutes)

Day 6: Reflection and Integration

Morning:

  • Morning meditation and gentle stretching (30 minutes)
  • Breakfast
  • Yin Yoga session focusing on reflection and integration of the week’s practice (1.5 hours)

Afternoon:

  • Lunch
  • Workshop: Journaling and reflection on personal growth (1 hour)
  • Free time or optional creative activity (painting, music, etc.)

Evening:

  • Dinner
  • Yin Yoga session with guided visualization (1 hour)
  • Evening meditation (30 minutes)

Day 7: Closing and Departure

Morning:

  • Morning meditation and gentle stretching (30 minutes)
  • Breakfast
  • Final Yin Yoga session (1 hour) and closing circle
